This is a natural handmade product, and as much as we do our best to uphold overall consistency there may be variations between batches in paste texture or strength of scents; this is not considered faulty. Essential oils can also vary in strength between distilling batches also.
Please note in very warm temperatures your deodorant paste may soften or even separate slightly due to the natural fats under temperature, but can be remixed within the jar to regain its original well mixed state.
However if you find any issues or questions with the product, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will certainly support or advise where we can. Refunds or a store credit will be offered if there is a fault with the product.

For change of mind, product must be unopened, in it's original condition and the safe seal must be completely intact. This product may be returned with the postage being at the buyers expense.
We understand there are SO many shades of beautiful blondes and colour formulating a shade to suit everyone is not easy. We do feel this product is extremely versatile, from lighter blondes to dark but no two hair types are the same. Please consider if this product is right for you before purchase, as once opened a return can be accepted.
